LOCATION

Where we document your family depends on the type of session and time of year. Location options are endless and I've got quite a few that are beautiful! 

Most Family + Maternity begin in home to document daily life and important rooms in your home. All sessions are untimed which means we have options to go to another location such as a nearby park, a special place to your family, or even just a walk down the block. With the exception of Fresh 48 or Newborn Sessions which are always in the place of birth or at home.

waRDROBE STYLING

My motto for any session is to come as who you truly are. Feeling comfortable is essential to being in the moment. However, coordinating outfits can be stressful and that's the last thing we want your session to be! 

When booking a session you will be given a private portal into an online styling website as well as color palettes to coordinate with your location and type of session. 

The SEssion

My style is very flexible and low-key.  During the session I act as a facilitator of connection. At times I will guide you to different seating arrangements based on lighting and to achieve a variety of perspectives and details. We will also walk around and make the best use of our location. Throughout the session I will encourage you to play, connect, and be in the moment. My sessions normally range from 75-90 minutes. However, I do not use a timer and ensure we have all that we need to capture before we end. 

DELIVERY

1-2 weeks after your session I will your link to a private, online gallery with "soft" edits for you to choose your final images. Your invoice to choose your collection and a la carte items will be sent at the same time. You will have 2 weeks to choose your images and collection. 

Your gallery will be delivered 1 week after you choose your package and photos with more robust edits (ex. photoshopping out of objects or fixing skin tones). Prints will be chosen by you at this time and print products will be hand delivered within 1-2 weeks. You will be able to download and share your digital images for up to 6 weeks from delivery. 

KEEPSAKES

Each collection includes museum quality print products and they are able to be added to your collection via a la carte items as well. Products offered include various sizes of prints, heirloom albums that are custom made, as well as canvases and frames. 

Cherished Memories

In the digital age, printing our images and creating high quality albums is hard to do. Memories are served best when they live on your walls and shelves for you to enjoy daily. They are much better kept there than on your phone or an album in the cloud. They also make the best presents for your family and friends!
